Power of God IIII / All the Power (Jun. 28- Jul. 1)

17 The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!” 18 And he said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. 20 Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”

Luke 10:17-20

God’s promises are always fulfilled. When He extends His power to us, we can do mighty things in His name.

God has given us authority over things we see and those we don’t, Jesus says, “over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.“ We need to begin to practice that, God isn’t interested in dangling his authority over our heads, he wants us to take it and use it.

Over our families, our friends, the ones we encounter that are sick, anxious, even the ones that don’t believe. God wants to set them free, God wants to see us free. We need it, even if we don’t think so, the best thing we can do is lean closer and closer to God. He takes care of everything else.

We are over “ALL the power of the enemy.“ Let’s use it to our advantage.

PRAYER

Pray over your groups, the people in your groups, pray over situations that seem hopeless. Let God’s power reign over every circumstance.
