When You Seek Him, You'll Find Him

VERSE

13 You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you, declares the Lord, and I will restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and all the places where I have driven you, declares the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I sent you into exile.

INTRO / DISCUSSION

We all know Jeremiah 29:11, where God says he has a plan and a future for us. But the verses after the famous one are just as important.

If you’re a christian, you know it’s a journey. You might be in the middle of a process or just now getting out of one and stepping into a new one. But one thing is for sure, if you’re seeking God with all your heart, He declares that YOU WILL find him. It’s not a matter of maybe, it’s a matter of yes, you will.

Isn’t that amazing? God knows what our journey is like, heck, he might have us in a process he put us in.

Yet he makes himself available, and the only requirement is, your heart has to be in this. SYA, are you seeking God with all your heart?

Maybe it’s been a while, maybe you don’t like how things are going, maybe no, your heart is cold. If so, we have an opportunity to be found, God declares that HE will bring you back and restore what you’ve lost.
